About us and how we became Wild Warrior Wellness CIC

At the core of our organisation are three dedicated and experienced women, each of us bringing a wealth of knowledge, empathy, and passion to our work. With our collective expertise and commitment, we're pioneering change to create a brighter, more resilient community where every woman can thrive. We create a safe and supportive space where women can overcome the challenges that they’ve experienced through life to date which may include loss, grief, abuse, addiction, poverty, adverse childhood experiences and other life traumas. Where they can start to understand their journey and create a better future for themselves in a trauma informed and supported way.

Education, Connection and Community is at the heart of the Wild Warrior Wellness CIC

We deliver this through our core activities and development programmes which are designed to provide women with access to deeper connections with themselves and others, empowering them to respond to life intentionally.

We weave into our programmes, workshops, training modules, one to one subconscious therapy, various holistic wellbeing modalities such as kundalini yoga, hatha yoga, breathwork, meditation, art therapy, creative writing, guided walks, cold water swimming, mindfulness, mindset coaching, paddle boarding, sound healing, acupuncture, somatic techniques, self-awareness gatherings (known as circles), bushcraft, practical financial and money consciousness work, nature walks, embodiment exercises, business and career strategy, and chronic pain management.

We are somatic trauma-informed leadership and development coaches, with a vast number of combined qualifications and modalities and at the core of our delivery is our own experience and passion to support other women and by association their families and wider communities.

Why our work is important, why is it needed and how we know it works

We have a combined experience of 70 years, and collectively we have already worked with hundreds of women who are benefitting from the support and trainings we provide. By way of examples, we have even helped two people being classed as disabled to no longer meeting that criteria and to become best selling authors. We have been able to support women to be reunited with their children having lost custody due to past troubles, as well as supporting women to come off their anti-depressant medication. The impact at a personal, community and systemic level is profound.

We are contacted regularly by organisations and people in need that require our services.
