Welcome to Wild Warrior Wellness
Walks

Its no ordinary walk! Its magical.
A day each month for you to prioritise yourself, to feel joy and connection getting you set and energised for the month ahead.

Welcome to The Warriors Walks!

The driving force behind our monthly meet-ups is to offer women a chance to hit the pause button on their everyday lives and reconnect with nature, tapping into their wild feminine essence and each other’s company.

Our walks foster connection, empowerment, and mutual support among women in the most nurturing manner possible. Walking amidst nature serves as a natural form of meditation, uplifting mood and alleviating stress levels while providing a much-needed reset.

These walks not only facilitate the forging of new friendships but also offer a source of enjoyment and a sense of accomplishment as we explore different trails each month. Our meet-ups serve as an inclusive platform, extending a warm welcome to individuals who may feel alone or isolated, inviting them to join our community.

The walks are for the Wild Warrior Wellness Membership however we offer you the opportunity to join a walk if you wish by paying £30 for your place. Your payment goes towards the CIC costs and will give you an insight into the work that we do.

Are the walks suitable for beginners?

All our walk routes are pre tested and carefully chosen by warrior leaders. As we incorporate a-lot of mindfulness activities such as meditation, Breathwork, yoga, embodied movement energy work, dancing and connection even though the day is long and for filling the walks are mostly suitable for beginners and rated easy or medium and suitable for many levels of fitness as there is a lot of stopping, sitting and practises that we anchor into. Please note there may be steps. Please check the walk description on each destination.

FAQ image

How do we reach the walk?

This will vary from walk to walk. We may be able to provide a coach for some walks, organise car shares to some, however, some may require making your own way. Non members will be expected to make their own travel arrangements.

FAQ image

Are there any age restrictions to take part in a walk?

Strictly over 18 only. This is due to the content we teach and for all to feel safe to share and be without worry.

FAQ image

Are there toilet facilities along the walk?

As our walks are mostly out in nature and off grid in most parts, toilets are limited. Please contact us further if you have additional needs to see if the walk is suitable.

FAQ image

What to expect to be included in the walk?

Most walks include a variety of different practices which are not limited to self healing share circle in-which a topic is taught to deepen your self awareness, some form of functional Breathwork, meditation, embodied movement, yoga, kundalini, dance, empowerment and energy work. Each walk is different and the leaders have the right to intuitively amend what is taught on the day based on weather conditions, time and ability without complaint, refund or exchange.

FAQ image

Do I have to Participate in entering the water?

Most of the locations we travel to include lakes, seas and other watered areas in which women like to embrace. As beautiful as it is, this is not part of our itinerary and if you do choose to dip or swim we remind you this is your full responsibility and independent decision. We suggest you seek medical advice before entering cold water and read up on the benefits, side effects and possible dangers of outdoor swimming. Anyone who enters the water must have signed and accepted a waiver of liability form. By entering the water you will be deemed to have accepted and signed the waiver of liability form.

FAQ image

What time in the morning will I need to leave to attend the walks?

This will depend on where you live. From Liverpool we normally leave around 6:45/7am based on arrival time and length of drive to destination after meeting other women in your area. You should be home for no later than 8pm unless for circumstances out of our control.

FAQ image

Can I attend a walk on my own?

As our walks are designed to help support women and men’s mental, emotional, physical, spiritual well-being we offer a safe non judgement environment and most if not all of the women and men you see on the wild warrior walks found the courage to book and come alone. This is necessary in most circumstances as it allows you to share your vulnerability, connect with like minded people on a similar healing journey and make new abundant connections whilst working on your own positive mindset. You will be embraced, supported and celebrated.
